Farewell Addies Pond

I have to share this with you...I was able to start and finish a Bible study with a few of my Sunday school lady friends. We studied the book of Esther. Only book of the Bible that does not mention God. But it is his providence we see. Providence is God's attention to events within creations that nothing happens by chance. Currently, we live off Providence Road and attend Providence UMC. hmmm.... interesting! Found that pretty cool! Love when I am reminded of His love for us!

I say this as we are set to close March 11th on our home in Georgia! This past weekend we cleared out the left over furniture from our house. It is strange to refer to it as a house but realize it hasn't been our home for almost two years. For months I got upset whenever we went by the house. That was until last fall when I took the girls by while in town- Lu had no memory of any part of that house! It was a lesson to me- it is a building and our home is where we are together. We loved living in Addies Pond and truly had a great neighborhood family. They were there for so many moments of our lives and it was sad to leave them when we moved. Most of them were a part of "keeping me" while I was on bed rest with Lu and then helping with her while we were getting ready for Viley. Some celebrated our girls Baptisms and just everyday living. We were so blessed to spend our time there. From the moment I stepped foot in that house I knew it was ours! God guided us there and now to Charlotte...Funny how he works. I have great feelings about our next chapter.
