Southpark fun!

We met one of Lu's friends and her mom today at Southpark Mall for Little Chiefs fun.  The girls got cool cooking stuff and aprons.  Also, a trip to the fountain.  They had a blast!  Lu loves Mauren and the two have become good friends since the beginning of dance school.  

Favorite toy-

We got through a lot of toilet paper around here...mainly because Violet can't keep her hands off it!  She carries it around and then slowly pulls little pieces off.  

It is fun to see her and she gets so mad when the fun is over.

We never got around to sending this to Grace but hope she knows we are thinking about her.  Sad to miss her recital but we do get to spend next weekend with her and see her play softball!  Have fun Grace and congrats on your 4th year~love you!

Lucinda Worm patrol

I may have mentioned her love of worms before but outside yesterday I snapped a few pics before she realized it!  One day she may never believe it when I say she LOVED worms!  She knows where to find them and how to handle them.  And little sis is quickly learning too!

my baby is 15 months old!

Wow I feel like we just celebrated her first birthday!  My smiley is 15 mos old-how did that happen?  In the past three months she has really changed and becoming a toddler.  She is never far from Lu...watching and copying as much as possible.  Lu is so good with her and I don't know what I would do with out the second set of eyes!  Violet is going to keep me guessing and on my toes!  She loves to hear her named called and follows with ma ma.  She is also getting really good at letting us know what she wants by pointing and shaking her head.  She is just growing up too fast and I am not ready for it!  And YES she looks just like Lu at this age!!

Lu's dance recital was today and I am proud of her.  She got totally freaked out at the rehearsal on Friday and she never got over it!  So rather than her be up set on stage, her sweet teacher Ms Jessica had her dance with her in the wing.  Most of the crowd  likely didn't see her.  However, Jason and his parents actually did!  (Bob has some pictures to send that he took and I will add them.)  Violet and I were back stage and were able to enjoy it too!  She knew the routine and was just precious!   It was enjoyable for us all.  

On the way home Jason admitted that he actually wanted to stay and see the other performances.  This studio is big and one of Charlotte's top so it was fun to be a part of something "cool".  

Of course, Violet was just as big as the other girls!

new decor!

I have to share our latest house project with you.  We finally got the living room "lookin' good" -well think so!  We got a couple new chairs, turned the couch and big difference.  Still need a rug but that will come.  Funny how we left or shared before we moved and now end up getting more still.  Anyway, it was fun to put together and now we can really enjoy our bird watching!!
